Obtain A Repeat Prescription
If you are on regular treatment and require repeat medication, you can order your prescriptions using the paper slip issued with your medication, through the SystmOnline portal, the NHS App, or via the online consultation service. Please allow 48 hours' notice when requesting repeat prescriptions (excluding weekends, as prescriptions are not processed on Saturdays or Sundays). Please note we cannot take repeat medication request over the telephone.
To gain access to the SystmOnline portal, you will need to attend the GP practice with photographic identification (e.g. passport, driving licence).

Medicine Management Review Service
Your GP practice supports a medicines management review service to ensure patients are prescribed the most appropriate, up-to-date, and cost-effective treatments.
Most patients will receive an annual review of their medications, while those with chronic conditions may be reviewed more regularly to ensure their treatment remains safe and effective.
This service is delivered by qualified and registered healthcare professionals from within the GP practice, our NHS Primary Care Network, NHS North Yorkshire Clinical Commissioning Group, or by external partners approved by the practice.
Patient-identifiable information does not leave the practice system; it is accessed only to enable appropriate clinical recommendations or decisions for each individual. Patients may choose to opt out of (or back into) the use of their data for any purpose other than direct care or where a lawful requirement applies.
